Carola Etche<\/strong> is a visual artist trained in photography and film (Universidad del Cine, Buenos Aires, Argentina), currently residing in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She trained in different fields of photography: in Spain and Argentina.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Currently resident at LEA (Lab of Experimental Art)2025\/2026 .In 2024, she received the iberescena scholarship for the A Casa vella Residency in Ourense, Spain, and Proyecto Ace awarded her the Together Apart #8 | MUTUALISMS\u00a0 scholarship. In 2023, she was selected for the Goethe-Zentrum\/ICPA scholarship, where she completed the Las Aguadas Residency in Asunci\u00f3n, Paraguay, as well as the Necia – Live Arts Performance Fellowship \u00a0at the Poco a Poco residency in Oaxaca, Mexico.<\/span><\/p>

In 2022 she took part in the HANGAR residency in Lisbon Portugal, in the experimental photo festival (analog photography) Barcelona (2022) and in the online micro-residency program FotocreativaBa coordinated by Natheim. In 2021 the FNA (Fondo Nacional de las Artes) granted her a training scholarship. In 2020 she was part of the Program of Analysis and Production in Visual Arts MANGLAR in Ac\u00e9fala Gallery, coordinated by Andr\u00e9s Labake and the micro-residencies program FlussLab 2020.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

She has been selected in contests, scholarships and independent projects among which stand out: videoperformance \u00a8Ohas\u00e1mava Hapykuere\u00a8International Festival of Performance-art and Audiovisual Formats FIPFA (2023) Video Savotage; PRODANZA Award (2020),selection festival Flickfair L. A, California (2020); international festival of Video dance \u00a8Clandestinas\u00a8 (Neumann producoes) Sao Paulo, Brazil (2020); International Festival IMARP – Mostra Internacional de dan\u00e7a – Imagens em Movimento Sao Paulo, Brazil (2020) , Video C\u00e1pside selection Festival videoarte\u00a8El Almac\u00e9n de las Artes\u00a8 Astillero, Spain (2021) , participation and exhibition in the 4th edition of the Caballero Juventus Curatorial Program with curator Cecilia Medina (2018), third prize in Photography at the San Nicol\u00e1s Art Biennial (2016), and two special mentions of the FotoRevista International Photography Contest (2015 and 2018).<\/span><\/p>

Since 2015 she participated in group exhibitions such as: Azulay Gallery 2023, La Colmena Estudios 2023, Ac\u00e9fala Gallery 2020 ,Las Amistosas at Casa Rodolfo Walsh (2019), BAAEX (2016), Hip\u00f3dromo de Palermo (2019), Teatro Urbano (2018), Universidad de Belgrano (2017) and San Nicol\u00e1s Art Biennial (2016), Buddha Art Gallery (2016), among others. This January 2025 she had a SOLO SHOW in Lanzarote, Spain, with her project \u00a8What lasts\u00a8 at the Pancho Lasso Art School. SOLO SHOW in Madrid, Spain, with her project \u00a8The Blackout\u00a8 at Club Bicefalo. Group exhibition \u201cThe Limit of the Home\u201d Espacio Amazona, Madrid (2026).<\/span><\/p>

Her photographs have been published in the Book Jpg Book of emerging photographers in Madrid, the Living Magazine of La Naci\u00f3n Newspaper, Las Rosas Magazine, BK Mag Magazine, Percha Mag Magazine, Briki Magazine (M\u00e9xico).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
